Wilshire Landing/Wilshire Park  is the ideal community for off- campus student housing.  These luxury 2-bedroom/2-bath and 3-bedroom/3-bath units are set-up as Master Suites, each with its own private bath & large walk-in closet!  The leases are individual/per bedroom - each resident is only responsible for his or her share.

Additionally, the leases are all inclusive.  The rent includes electricity, water, sewer, trash removal, cable with HBO and high-speed wireless internet.
